Protecting the privacy of its valued Users is of utmost importance and a matter of trust to Sequre, and Sequre endeavors to ensure that the privacy of its esteemed Users is protected.
In line with the above, Sequre has formulated a Privacy Policy, as follows:
- Sequre shall collect only relevant & necessary information from its Users.
- Sequre collects no personal information as long as User is browsing as a guest.
- Any User information provided to an open, public environment or forum including but not limited to any blog, community, or discussion board, shall not be treated as confidential and hence not subject to protection under Privacy Policy.

Sequre may collect the following information, in part or full, while User signs in & transacts on its website:
- Contact details such as Name, Billing address, Mobile Phone number, Email ID, device details (IMEI/serial/model), invoice copies, and ID proof.
- Payment Information involving account history with Sequre including, without limitation, all billing information, payment history etc.
- Log information such as IP address, browser type, browser language, date and time of request etc.
- Transactional history, other than banking details, on Sequre website/App like My Wish list, Recently viewed products etc while browsing on Sequre site.
- User IDs comprising User usernames, passwords, email addresses and other security-related information used by User in relation to Sequre services.
- Information about User navigation using Sequre services, for example the URLs of websites visited through Sequre website/App or emails to whom User may forward certain details or share/Like information with friends on Facebook/Google+ etc.
- Claims Information – Service reports, repair invoices, and claim documents to process requests.
- Community polls on Sequre website/App.
- Product tagging details.

Sequre may use the above information, in part or full, to:
- Process a transaction.
- Provide the products or services.
- Keep User informed about sales or claims processing.
- Improve its own Website/App.
- Enhance Users’ experience.
- Enhance its own marketing and promotional activities.
- The above details may also need to be passed to third parties like Sequre Helplines, Brand Authorised Service Centres, Insurance underwriters, Payment Providers to ensure delivery of the product & services to Users, collect payments, perform Data analysis or marketing/User service, with relevant third parties for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
- Sequre may transfer its databases containing User information in the event Sequre sells part or full of its business.
- Sequre shall make its best efforts to keep the above User information, to the extent possible, in a secure environment, including use of SSL encryption, secure cloud servers, and access controls.
- Sequre commits not to rent, sell, or swap the above information with any other company for marketing purposes other than those of Sequre’s own efforts.
- Sequre reserves the right to communicate the above details, in case there is a legally compliant request for its disclosure.
- Sequre shall keep the above information for as long as required by law or is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Sequre is not intended for users under age 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Cookies on Sequre
A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a website and stored on User’s hard disk by the computer browser. At Sequre, two kinds of cookies are used:- Session cookies, which exist only for as long as User’s browser remains open. Sequre uses session cookies, for example, to add items to User’s shopping cart.
- Persistent cookies last from visit to visit and do not go away when User exits the browser. At Sequre, persistent cookies are used to give a more personalized shopping experience and help User navigate our website more efficiently.

- Sequre may use technology from Google Analytics through which data is collected and stored for marketing and optimization purposes.
- Sequre makes its best efforts to keep the User information in a secure environment to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access or accidental loss or damage.
- The credit card details are directly captured in the PayPal / Avenue accounts and transmitted to payment gateway servers using encryption (SSL).
- Sequre endeavors to comply with laws of other countries but cannot and does not warrant that it does in all cases.
- User agrees that Sequre reserves the right to share this information to comply with any statutory or regulatory requirement of the applicable country.
- User shall submit accurate information on Sequre website and must keep it up to date.
- User undertakes to keep his/her information confidential and not make it available to unauthorized third parties.
- While Sequre shall make best efforts to protect User’s privacy on its systems and Website, it shall not be liable for any unauthorized disclosures by third parties not under Sequre control.
